Shipping

We ship our items via UPS fully insured with signature required. Tracking will be provided. If you are unable to sign for your package (UPS attempts delivery three times), and it is returned to APJ, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees that are incurred. Production Time

While we do have a selection of ready to ship items, if an item is not in stock, or is a special order, it can take up to eight weeks to receive. If you have a question about the timing of an item, please contact us (info@annapjay.com).

Care + Repair

We stand by our products; however, jewelry is fragile. You should treat your jewelry kindly - do not shower, swim, move furniture, work out with your jewelry on, or complete other physically strenuous activities. Avoid chemicals such as lotion, perfume, cosmetics, etc. Take off your jewelry before you go to bed and put it on as the last step of getting dressed. If you have any questions about how to care for your piece, please reach out and we can advise you. 

If, within 60 days of the purchase date, you have an issue with any of your items, please email us and we will help find a solution. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we suspect the items are intentionally misused, damaged, or abused. If you have a repair after 60 days of your purchase date, we will be happy to help for an additional charge plus shipping and handling.

A lifelong creative and innate creator, Claudia’s journey into jewelry began on New York’s Madison Avenue. A lunch hour escape from her corporate day job, she lost herself window shopping the high-jewelry houses. But wherever she looked, she could never find one elusive piece; the perfect gold band.

Realizing the only answer was to create it herself, Claudia soon dreamt not of wearing the works of art she saw in those windows, but making them.

The first piece Claudia designed and made is now the brand’s signature Nomad Ring, a distinctive marriage of aesthetics and personal story. This intuitive balancing of design and meaning has become a hallmark of Claudia’s style.

Claudia Mae was the first designer APJ sought after and brought into the Jewel Box (it was a natural fit as a fellow cat lover!), and we are proud to represent such a dynamic and emerging female designer!
