While we do have a selection of ready to ship items, if an item is not in stock, or is a special order, it can take up to six weeks to receive. If you have a question about the timing of an item, please contact us (email@example.com).
We ship our items via UPS fully insured with signature required. Tracking will be provided. If you are unable to sign for your package (UPS attempts delivery three times), and it is returned to APJ, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees that are incurred. For any questions regarding shipping, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item requires rush delivery, reach out as soon as possible via email (email@example.com) with the relevant information (item, size, color) before you order, so we can work with you to adjust timelines.
Special orders are final sale. This includes but is not limited to engraving, re-sizing, personalization, custom length pieces, custom size pieces, initial pieces, or any made-to-order designs. A 50% deposit is required to proceed with production. Special orders are special, so they often have a longer production time (typically 6-8 weeks) than in stock items. Items are marked special order and final sale on the site.

Resizing / Sizing
Resizing does happen - most of our items come in a variety of sizes, but some do not. If you need an item resized, there is a $100 charge and will be considered final sale.
Returns / Exchanges
We hope that when you choose to shop with us, that your piece will be a part of your identity for years to come. However, we do understand that ordering jewelry online can be daunting. So, if for any reason you are displeased with your item, please email us within three days of receiving your order with your name, order number and reason for return. All exchanges are subject to approval and the item should be returned to us unworn, in pristine condition, and in the original packaging.
Once received, we will inspect the item and process the return for store credit. We have the right to refuse any exchange or return if there is a delay in shipment or if we suspect misuse or wear. Please remember that if an item has been customized in any way, it is considered final sale.
If an item is suspected of wear, damage, or resizing, it will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
Care & Repair
We stand by our products; however, jewelry is fragile. You should treat your jewelry kindly - do not shower, swim, move furniture, work out with your jewelry on, or complete other physically strenuous activities. Avoid chemicals such as lotion, perfume, cosmetics, etc. Take off your jewelry before you go to bed and put it on as the last step of getting dressed. If you have any questions about how to care for your piece, please reach out and we can advise you.
If, within 60 days of the purchase date, you have an issue with any of your items, please email us and we will help find a solution. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we suspect the items are intentionally misused, damaged, or abused. If you have a repair after 60 days of your purchase date, we will be happy to help for an additional charge plus shipping and handling.
Diamonds & Colored Gemstones
APJ only works with natural diamonds. While many colored stones do undergo some sort of treatment (heating, oiling, fracture filling, etc), all treatments will be disclosed. Check out our blog posts to learn more!
