RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We hope that when you choose to shop with us, that your piece will be a part of your identity for years to come. However, we do understand that ordering jewelry online can be daunting. So, if for any reason you are displeased with your item, please email us within five days of delivery with your name, order number and reason for return. All exchanges are subject to approval and the item should be returned to us unworn, unaltered, in pristine condition, and in the original packaging.
Once received, we will inspect the item and process the return for store credit. We have the right to refuse any exchange or return if there is a delay in shipment or if we suspect misuse or wear. Please remember that if an item has been customized in any way (including, but not limited to: sizing, engraving, engagement rings), it is considered final sale.
If an item is suspected of wear, damage, or resizing, it will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
