RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We hope that when you choose to shop with us, your piece becomes part of your story for years to come. However, we understand that ordering jewelry online can feel daunting. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please email us within five days of delivery with your name, order number, and reason for return. Return requests must be made within five days of delivery. Requests made after this window are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to approval, and the item must be sent back unworn, unaltered, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging.
Once received, we will inspect the item and, if approved, process a refund minus a 15 percent restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, the restocking fee will be waived. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is a delay in shipment or if we suspect misuse or wear.
Please note that special orders and any item that has been customized in any way including (but not limited to) sizing, engraving, bespoke designs, modifications, or one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Any items purchased with a discount or sale are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
If an item is suspected of wear, damage, or resizing, it will be returned to the sender at their expense.
