We stand by our products; however, jewelry is fragile. You should treat your jewelry kindly - do not shower, swim, move furniture, work out with your jewelry on, or complete other physically strenuous activities. Avoid chemicals such as lotion, perfume, cosmetics, etc. Take off your jewelry before you go to bed and put it on as the last step of getting dressed. If, within 60 days of the purchase date, you have an issue with any of your items, please email us and we will help find a solution. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we suspect the items are intentionally misused, damaged, or abused. If you have a repair after 60 days of your purchase date, we will be happy to help for an additional charge plus shipping and handling.
