Shipping

We ship our items via UPS fully insured with signature required. Tracking will be provided. If you are unable to sign for your package (UPS attempts delivery three times), and it is returned to APJ, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees that are incurred. Production Time

While we do have a selection of ready to ship items, if an item is not in stock, or is a special order, it can take up to eight weeks to receive. If you have a question about the timing of an item, please contact us (info@annapjay.com).

Care + Repair

We stand by our products; however, jewelry is fragile. You should treat your jewelry kindly - do not shower, swim, move furniture, work out with your jewelry on, or complete other physically strenuous activities. Avoid chemicals such as lotion, perfume, cosmetics, etc. Take off your jewelry before you go to bed and put it on as the last step of getting dressed. If you have any questions about how to care for your piece, please reach out and we can advise you. 

If, within 60 days of the purchase date, you have an issue with any of your items, please email us and we will help find a solution. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we suspect the items are intentionally misused, damaged, or abused. If you have a repair after 60 days of your purchase date, we will be happy to help for an additional charge plus shipping and handling.

Aurelia Demark

Launched in 2017 in New York City, the eponymous brand was inspired by Aurelia’s family tradition of designing a pendant to celebrate the birth of a child. The collections and pieces that followed are equally personal to Aurelia and resonate with her aesthetic of femininity and whimsy. Every piece has a story to tell; the brand’s signature four leaf clover pendant (and APJ best seller!) is in honor of her grandmother searching for them. Always curious and exploring, inspiration comes by observing everyday objects and rare ones that resonate within her world of using modern and classic elements.

All pieces are designed in-house and proudly produced in jewelry workshops in New York’s diamond district from precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones. We are proud to carry Aurelia both in store and online, and know you will be as besotted as we are by her heirloom quality pieces!
