Campbell & Charlotte's Found Cap Pendants were designed to look like an acorn & meant to represent the hope & potential of what is ahead. An acorn symbolizes new beginnings, growth & prosperity. It feels like we have all needed a lot of new beginnings the last few years & these little beauties help us remember to keep our head up because the future is filled with limitless possibilities.

Shipping

We ship our items via UPS fully insured with signature required. Tracking will be provided. If you are unable to sign for your package (UPS attempts delivery three times), and it is returned to APJ, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees that are incurred. Production Time

While we do have a selection of ready to ship items, if an item is not in stock, or is a special order, it can take up to eight weeks to receive. If you have a question about the timing of an item, please contact us (info@annapjay.com).

Care + Repair

We stand by our products; however, jewelry is fragile. You should treat your jewelry kindly - do not shower, swim, move furniture, work out with your jewelry on, or complete other physically strenuous activities. Avoid chemicals such as lotion, perfume, cosmetics, etc. Take off your jewelry before you go to bed and put it on as the last step of getting dressed. If you have any questions about how to care for your piece, please reach out and we can advise you. 

If, within 60 days of the purchase date, you have an issue with any of your items, please email us and we will help find a solution. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we suspect the items are intentionally misused, damaged, or abused. If you have a repair after 60 days of your purchase date, we will be happy to help for an additional charge plus shipping and handling.

Campbell + Charlotte

All Campbell + Charlotte fine jewelry is designed by Jenny Crane McHugh and crafted, by hand, in New York City. Jenny's love for jewelry started at an early age. One of her parents' favorite memories involves the nightly war she waged as a two year old in refusing to remove the dozens of plastic bracelets, necklaces and earrings she wore each day. Then, each morning, every piece had to be put back on before the day could start. Over the years, this love matured from plastic jewelry to fine jewelry and she is thrilled to be launching her first fine jewelry collection with Campbell + Charlotte.

The namesake Campbell + Charlotte is deeply meaningful to Jenny. Campbell is her first child and daughter's name who, in many ways, was the push Jenny needed to leave the corporate world and take a chance on her dreams. Charlotte is where Jenny lives with family and where her initial collection was born. Hence, the name Campbell + Charlotte.
