Aurelia Demark's Sailboat Pendant celebrates summer and the memories you create when you're on the water. Made from 18-karat yellow gold with hand applied enamel, this pendant is great to wear as a necklace or on a bracelet.

From Aurelia: When Anna asked me to do a piece people could buy as a memento to their trip to Nantucket, I was excited but I didn’t know which direction to go…it took me a bit to think about it. It’s always ideas that think it’ll be easy that make you sort of think in circles…my cousin took us to the Burgee Bar on Nantucket years ago and its ceiling is covered with them. That image has stuck with me. And when you’re on the water and you see different sailboats on the horizon with their sails elegantly blowing in the wind…it’s always quite a site. And the salty hair and slightly toasted skin after a day on the water…when you’re at the beach eating a sandwich with your toes in the sand or on a boat with friends it’s always a great day. So this pendant honors those times…For the design- It’s a sailboat in its simplest form. The focus here is the color blocking done by hand painted enamel. We thought of doing just the sailboat , but then adding it to a circle felt right and there’s a bit of a vintage, nostalgic feel to it that I like. All made from solid 18 karat yellow gold in our NYC workshops. Hope you like it!

We ship our items via UPS fully insured with signature required. Tracking will be provided. If you are unable to sign for your package (UPS attempts delivery three times), and it is returned to APJ, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees that are incurred. We stand by our products; however, jewelry is fragile. You should treat your jewelry kindly - do not shower, swim, move furniture, work out with your jewelry on, or complete other physically strenuous activities. Avoid chemicals such as lotion, perfume, cosmetics, etc. Take off your jewelry before you go to bed and put it on as the last step of getting dressed. If you have any questions about how to care for your piece, please reach out and we can advise you.
If, within 60 days of the purchase date, you have an issue with any of your items, please email us and we will help find a solution. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we suspect the items are intentionally misused, damaged, or abused. If you have a repair after 60 days of your purchase date, we will be happy to help for an additional charge plus shipping and handling.

Aurelia Demark
Launched in 2017 in New York City, the eponymous brand was inspired by Aurelia’s family tradition of designing a pendant to celebrate the birth of a child. The collections and pieces that followed are equally personal to Aurelia and resonate with her aesthetic of femininity and whimsy.
